Morality-Mobility Audit: Beneath the Surface, Part II

But with years of experience, it was known that this company would not benefit from the process of elimination. If prospective employees learn that they will be paid every two to three months, they won’t join this company. So, a meeting with the owner is arranged to ascertain the fundamental requirements of the business, where some significant discoveries are revealed.

In short, none of the five founding members had the risk-taking mindset, which is why not even one of them was chosen to be the MD. The opportunity went to a person who was substantially less competent and had previously worked for the company as a salesman, since the partners did not agree to split the company’s losses. The owner’s judgment about him—that a change in the position of the company’s MD was not actually feasible—was significantly influenced by their interactions on a personal level as well.

The hiring of BioPicLab at the beginning of this case study would seem uncommon, and the owner of the business might be thought of as having conventional wealth. But in reality, every situation has layers and is not ultimately linear.

Following an internal examination of the organization, BioPicLab made a tactical replacement recommendation for the company. According to this tactical replacement approach, employees who have worked for the company for ten years will gradually be sent on four-month vacations with a one-time cash bonus, starting with the MD himself. Additionally, BioPiclab offers the names of three eligible individuals to serve as interim MDs. During this time, the MD won’t be disturbed by phone or by any other means.

A proposed job description for the temporary MD includes removing the finance director for corruption and having an audit firm audit all businesses within two weeks of the MD taking a leave of absence. The demand letter will also address the temporary MD’s difficulties in filling his position and the goals the owner will set for him over the next four months.

The business owner was unable to accept the model that BioPiclab had suggested. With the use of this case study, it is feasible to pinpoint the risks that domestic businesses can take without exceeding those restrictions, even though the company is eroding slowly over this time. Therefore, these situations are truly regarded as BioPicLab’s unsuccessful endeavors.
