Personality Process Mapping: Individual Case Study-III

A young immigrant from New Zealand attended a session with BioPicLab. His father passed away when he was a child, and his mother later remarried. Due to the fact that the father was the grandparents’ only son, the boy’s mother and the grandparents engaged in an ongoing legal dispute regarding the custody of that child. He eventually makes it to New Zealand after numerous failures, but even there he struggles to make ends meet by working odd jobs. His wife becomes pregnant in the interim.

Whereas it is hard to manage food and clothing for him and his family, he was questioned about why he was keen on accepting such gratuitous service. He claimed that Tk 7,900 (the cost of a session at Biopiclab) was cheaper for him than taking the trouble to get back to Bangladesh. However, he says that in order to avoid doing so, he needs to understand why, despite his dire circumstances, his drive to work has not increased. If this mystery is not solved, the suffering will only get worse in the future. The soon-to-be father does not want the child to go through the same things he did, which disrupted his childhood in all the ways that can occur.

He attended just one session, although it lasted for seven hours. He was joined in conversation with his wife, and was given a solution: for the next 1.5 years, he had to completely abstain from all visual entertainment, including movies and web series. And he was only permitted to sleep at night. At other times, he could not lie down in bed. Instead, he had to practise sitting on chairs.

The man sent an email four months later to report that while he had not entirely broken his tendency to lie down, he was mentally more stable than before.

These bioPicLab assignments aren’t any significant inventions. In essence, the duty is straightforward, with the main goal being to persuade the other party to concur with their issue. No matter what is done, results won’t arrive until the person understands what the root of the issue is. Due to this, the person must ask numerous questions, contend with objections, and field inquiries of their own. These serve as the template for personality process mapping.
